Numinbah Valley Environmental Education Centre is an Education Queensland facility promoting
a greater awareness and understanding of the natural environment.
The Centre is located at 1721 Nerang-Murwillumbah Road in Numinbah Valley. The site is
approximately 25km from Nerang and is situated on the upper reaches of the Nerang River, at its upper junction with Hinze Dam.
Around 5000 students visit the site annually in either a day visit or residential camp format.
All age groups (P-12) are catered for. The Centre is co-educational, with both state and private school students visiting the facility.

Numinbah Valley Environmental Education Centre seeks to provide quality environmental education for the community at large, within a caring and supportive framework. Our long term goal is to create environmentally active and informed citizens striving for an equitable and sustainable future for all.
